乳胶基质储存罐是现场混装乳化炸药车地面辅助设施的设备之一，主要是把地面站生产的乳胶基质进行短暂储存，待装药车使用时给车加料，有两种形式的存储罐供用户选择。一种为高架立式罐体，靠重力自流给车加料，另一种为卧式罐体靠橡胶转子泵的推力给乳化车或基质配送车加料。
